Why do you need a contract as a photographer?

April 22, 2017 By Nicholas Pappagallo Jr. Leave a Comment

Special guests Scott Farence (From AZ ASMP) & Scott Hartwick (From FEZ Photography) join me to discuss contracts and releases as related to photography. I know this is a “dry” topic BUT it’s one you need to listen to !! Too many photographers have zero paperwork for an client, and that gets them into hot water quick.

Don’t lose money or clients (or worse friends and family) by skipping the contract. ASMP.org has a great resource to get free forms to get you started.
