:: Google+ PAC Community Weekly Photography Theme, “The Look of Music” Recognition ::
From last week’s Google+ PAC Community weekly “The Look of Music” theme challenge, the judges have chosen to highlight Bernadine Murray’s outstanding image, which she took in Las Vegas earlier this week! Congratulations, Bernadine!

This image has great lighting, clarity and it’s such a cool action shot of the drummer – you can almost hear the beat! We love it!
Bernadine lives in Nevada. She’s a frequent poster in our PAC Google+ Community. Congratulations again, Bernadine Murray, on your well-deserved recognition! Keep those photos coming!
:: Facebook PAC Group – Creative Theme “Balloons & Bubbles” Recognition ::
Our judges selected Trent Hawkes’ amazing photo of a bell pepper splashing into the water for last week’s Creative Theme Recognition! Congratulations, Trent!

When asked how he got this shot, Trent reported:
“Camera on tripod, SS – 1/200 F8 flash off camera above the fish bowl set to manual 1/64th power to catch the splash and using a remote cord to prevent movement of the camera. It takes time to catch the splash just right.”
Trent resides in Arizona, and works as a professional photographer. He posts in our PAC Facebook group and attends our local Smug meetings and meet-ups.
Congratulations, Trent Hawkes, on your PAC Recognition! We really appreciate your participation, and we look forward to seeing more of your posts!
:: Facebook PAC Group – Technical Theme “Zoom Burst” Recognition ::
Our highlighted photo for last week’s Facebook Group Technical Theme, “Zoom Burst” is from our recent Google+ Theme Recognition winner, Larry Pollock! Congratulations, Larry! This was an outstanding submission for our “Zoom Burst” theme – you nailed it!

Larry is a photographer who lives in Sedona – one of the prettiest cities in our state! He’s a very active poster in both of Google+ community and our Faceboook group.
Many of us who live in the Phoenix area recently got to meet Larry in person and shoot with him, when he drove down to attend our February Smug Meeting, which featured Levi Sim, as our speaker. Larry came with many of us on the photowalk at Tempe Town Lake after the meeting. It was lots of fun to shoot with you Larry, and even more fun to get to hang out with you. We’re looking forward to your next trip down to Phoenix!
