I have so much thankfulness to these groups, who have shown me a major amount of support and caring. I’ve had people graciously allow me to borrow gear, give me donated equipment, and of course participate in the rally for donations. All of this allowed me to still participate in shooting Phoenix Comicon (my gear was stolen five days before the event) which I have had my heart set on shooting since last year’s event. I was also still able to cover a party for a wonderful family, who’s family events I’ve been covering for a couple years. I had a busy spring, and losing my gear happened at the tail end of it all. But, with help, the busy months finished up without a hiccup.
One last note and my way of allowing others to learn from me: Any friends with photography equipment, or even just electronics, make sure you check your insurance coverage and make sure you not only photograph your equipment, but also record all your serial numbers! It makes things easier when bad things happen.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! GOD BLESS EVERYONE OF YOU!

What a wonderful ending to a sad event. Way to go PAC for supporting Dana. I’m so happy she was able to complete what she had set out to do.
Hi Dafire…I just enjoy positive vibes from people. So happy that you have what you require to capture the world on lens. Theft and ugly “tudes” are an unfortunate “bad zit”. You didn’t deserve the bad experience and am glad that such wonderful caring friends and acquaintances delivered assistance. I was only a few days new to PAC, was touched by Nick P’s request for community assistance and humbled by the responses from the PAC community to replace what was stolen from you. Peace and Strength to you 🙂 Babe Barton
what can I say! After talking to you that next day, I was so sad and wished I could do more! So Glad Nick and the PAC stepped up to help “one of our own”…It’s great to hear/read that so many folks pitched in to help out! Looks like you are set to shoot more amazing photos! COOL! 🙂
