Last weekend, the Cache Valley PAC crashed the Box Elder Fair with their cameras, strobes and tripods in hand. With two gorgeous models, a dozen fantastic photographers and lots of flashy rides they made some incredible images. As they walked through the fair, they found some awesome backdrops from carnival rides to booths and more. Together they mastered long exposure strobe work.
Mike Johnson captured a little behind the scenes fun. There were light stands, umbrellas and photographers everywhere. The fair rides weren’t the only things lighting up the night!
“I love this because I feel like it embodies the feeling of the fair. I can almost smell the cotton candy and hear the crowd while looking at this image.”

Tonio loves this image because he loves the contrasty feel and the way the shadows dropped off.
